Paraiso Nature Preserve, outside of El Fuerte, Sinaloa, is now a joint venture between Sequoia Center for Holistic Studies in California, and a Non-Profit formed in El Fuerte to preserve this property and the pristine nature of River Fuerte. Paraiso is preparing to build environmentally-concious facilities that teach and promote ecological awareness of the local ecosystem, while providing exceptional boating, birding, and fishing opportunities to the local citizenry and those welcome visitors from all parts of the globe!

All profits from Paraiso Nature Preserve activities go to support the land, facilities, and educational and recreational programs, as well as the local ecology of beautiful Rio Fuerte!
